Effectively manage online products in a highly cross-functional, collaborative environment.
Translate consumer and business needs into MRD/PRDs and ultimately into successful products.
Develop a working understanding of the important aspects of Become.com’s web search and product search technologies, to facilitate optimal communication and decisions.
Collaborate with Business Development to explore licensing of technologies for enhancement of Become.com products, and distribution of in-house products.
Dynamically adapt to expanding roles and responsibilities in a start-up environment.
Define key metrics, track and analyze product performance, and assess customer feedback.
Aggressively identify optimization opportunities and new product features to maintain a leadership position for Become’s product search and comparison shopping experience.
Track record of successful development, launching, and marketing of online products in a highly cross-functional matrixed environment
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a web-based environment
Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities to all levels of the organization
Strong strategic analysis skills and business acumen
BA/BS in CS, Engineering or equivalent technical discipline required. MBA strongly preferred
