DogVacay.com is looking for a passionate and user-focused Product Manager that’s ready to create detailed product requirements, manage projects and lead initiatives across our design, marketing and development teams. This multifaceted position will often find itself at the center of platform development and marketing- driven campaigns that will require excellent product and project management acumen to thoroughly document, manage and deliver features alongside our rock star development team.

Create product specs for DogVacay.com, our mobile app and internal admin tools to support the business strategy.
Manage projects and features from requirements to development and launch.
Meet with stakeholders and senior management to maintain global priorities and product roadmap both short- and long-term.
Oversee QA and documentation for current and new features, maintain plan for ongoing product improvements.
Monitor user feedback and validate/document bugs and site issues.
Assist in monitoring and optimizing conversion and other key performance metrics, including analytics reporting and conducting A/B testing.
Develop projects plans, including resource allocation and technical requirements.
Conduct competitive and usability research as appropriate.
Clearly articulate and write product requirements. These requirements will be based on feedback from customers, your industry experience, and business objectives.
Help maintain brand guidelines and enforce consistency/best practices.
EXPERIENCE: 2-4+ years of experience in product management, including documenting and delivering web, mobile and internal admin product features for consumer facing websites.
Experience working across each step of the systems development life cycle (requirements, design, development, testing, maintenance).
Strong project management skills, with experience working in an agile development environment.
Demonstrated success delivering and maintaining features for large/active websites.
Experience working directly with developers, including creating product spec that is both user-focused and technically literate.
Ability to translate business concepts into detailed and functional product requirements.
EDUCATION: BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
