Responsibilities
As the Sr. Product/Project Manager you will be responsible for:
Management of market trends and insights, and competitive landscape.
Define and deeply understand the target customer profile.
Translate overall product vision into roadmaps and detailed product specs while effectively assessing proposed features from cost/benefit and usability perspectives.
Effective leadership of cross-functional internal project groups and external partners.
Strong stakeholder management to ensure appropriate organizational support.
Communication
Responsible for regular company-wide communication of his/her relevant projects.
Defining and tracking relevant metrics, analyzing data, and translating the results to inform the product development cycle.
Supporting the delivery of targeted user and financial metrics (P&L, etc) for product(s) managed.
Experience
At least 5 years of work experience, with 2+ years of managing innovation projects in a fast-paced organization.
Skills
Deep knowledge of product development cycle and processes
Knowledge of the market research industry is desirable, as is a general interest in new technology.
Proven ability to successfully manage budgets.
Good communication and presentation skills with an ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.
Ideally, experience of working with or for a market research or fieldwork agency
Good negotiation skills.
Good written English skills.
