Overview
We are looking for a passionate Senior QA Engineer who wants to work in an Agile environment with a team of talented engineers. The QA Engineer will be responsible for reviewing requirements and developing and executing test cases in very short release cycles. The position will also be responsible for executing on our automation strategy, test planning, and team growth.

You enjoy the challenge of testing with an existing framework while also finding and implementing new ways to test.
Embraces the agile manifesto of people over process, working code over documentation, and responding to change over following plans.
Experience
Work closely with Development and Product teams to clarify requirements and iterate on them.
Work with scrum teams to assess the black and white box testing needs of a project and execute those tests on time.
Become familiar with existing automation infrastructure, help look for improvements, drive those improvements to completion, and be the champion for automation within Engineering.
Help refine team processes and pave the way for team growth.
We're looking for a candidate who understands what it's like to work on a small QA team and wants to do so. To us, that means embracing the challenge of being responsible for black and white box testing in addition to writing automated test cases.
Skills
Significant experience with black, gray, and white box testing.
Superb oral and written communication.
Fluency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Ruby, or PERL.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Experience with web services and mobile platforms.
Experience with complex test automation tools and frameworks
Proven experience driving improvements across teams via consensus.
Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data and server logs.
Nice to have: Experience with testing methodologies for server class services, including latency and load testing.
Education
B.S and 5-8 years QA experience
