We need a experienced RoR developer to help and lead our new project.
Responsibilities
Design the structure of the database
Collaborate with other developers
Deliver the project in a timely manner
Skills
VERY STRONG Experience with Ruby on Rails, Apache, and MySQL.
Able to write scalable SQL
Enjoys working on a small, quick-moving team of high quality.
Takes pride in the quality of his/her work and the work of his/her team.
Basic web languages & technologies: HTML/DHTML/CSS/Javascript
Cross-browser compatability
Rails-brand Ajax (assuming comfort with Prototype/Scriptaculous)
Good understanding of HTTP (requests and headers, statuses, HTTPS, etc)
Experience with web/app/db server setups (Apache/Mongrel a bonus)
