Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Senior Account Executive with 3+ years of experience selling products and/or services into the staffing / recruitment industry. The ideal candidate is energetic, has a history of exceeding their sales quota, is metrics driven, and is capable of developing a pipeline of business from scratch. You will be handsomely compensated for success with an aggressive performance based incentive plan, including equity in this early-stage startup with outstanding backers.
This position will report directly to the Sales Director, and requires an enthusiastic and hands-on individual who enjoys a quick-paced startup environment.
Experience
Weekly appointment dialing/cold calling required.
Build, develop and manage a qualified sales funnel of opportunities.
Be responsible for achieving a quarterly sales goal and an annual sales quota.
Have a history of success selling to VP-level executives and multiple levels of decision makers in large complex accounts.
Some travel required including overnight stays.
Skills
A true passion and love for selling
3+ years proven inside or outside sales experience in Fortune 5000 sized accounts, preferably in the staffing / recruitment industry.
Prior HR industry experience with existing relationships.
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university; MBA a plus.
Education
