Examine application challenges and provide technical solutions to customer reported incidents
Research errors and provide solutions for engineering code issues
Prepare incident reproduction in a lab environment and perform diagnostics/analysis of log files
Develop on a core platform product
Enhance, customize and perform code modifications for timely software patch and service pack releases
Perform product sustainability including feature enhancements, code customizations and patch code development
Experience and/or knowledge with object-oriented design and analysis; UML and design patterns; Java/J2EE, JSON, Java Scripts, JSP Servlets and JDBC; HTML, DHTM, and XML; code analysis/metrics; Agile/SCRUM methodologies; and business requirements gathering

•Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Engineering or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Software Engineer or a related occupation.
