Overview
As ConsumerTrack’s Sr. Strategic Account Manager you will be responsible for growing and managing our customer base for our Banking, Insurance, and Credit sites; GoBankingRates.com, GoInsuranceRates.com, and GoFreeCredit.com. ConsumerTrack has a rapidly growing presence connected to online banking and insurance services with our growing GoMedia Network. The Sr. Strategic Account Manager will excel at managing existing clients, as well as growing our business with them. This position plays a critical role in client retention as well as revenue growth.
Responsibilities

Maintain effective relationships with existing partners while growing their accounts
Understand prospect’s viewpoint and adjust communication to meet needs
Understand the service and product requirements needed to further grow the business with partners, and articulate basic needs to internal teams
Communicate ongoing contact/sales activities through pipeline reports and updates
Report performance of internet advertising partners and make recommendations to optimize their expenditures
Manage systems and processes to track partner information and make recommendations as needed
Manage all partner reporting
Participate in proposal development and presentations for client up sell opportunities
Travel to conferences and client locations as needed
Experience
BS/BA or equivalent experience required
MBA is preferred
10+ years in account management
5+ years experience in sales, business development, marketing, internet advertising, and/or marketing program management
Experience with internet businesses, finance, search marketing, web affiliate marketing and/or account development with clients in Internet is a must
Excellent negotiation skills, strong sales aptitude, strong aptitude for account management
Business relationship management experience
Proven ability to manage multiple daily tasks, as well as, long-term strategic projects
Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to clients
Results oriented with great attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service and leadership abilities
Strong process management and analytical skills
Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments
