Be able to articulate our mission to potential candidates and get them jazzed about our potential
Build a pipeline of top engineers through researching and sourcing candidates
Engage with Engineering leadership team to understand the competitive marketplace & how to tackle it
Qualify, screen and engage candidates for all technical roles
Manage all sourcing metrics and implement creative sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goals
Generate a high volume of high quality candidates for multiple engineering requisitions under tight deadlines
3-5 years of experience technical sourcing for an internet/e-commerce based company; contingent staffing and/or high volume, agency recruiting experience is a plus
Proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring exceptional engineering candidates in a tech savvy industry
Familiar using different types of recruiting sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, etc.
Strong organizational skills, program management and multitasking abilities
Entrepreneurial and results-oriented; you move mountains to get things done
Creative problem solver
Highly adaptable; you thrive in a fast moving environment
Broad knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies
BS/BA degree required
