Sr. UX Designer

As a Sr. UX Designer at Formspring, you’ll be part of our tight-knit, collaborative team and help ship killer product enhancements daily!
Responsibilities
See entire UX process from brainstorming through research, sketches, prototypes to final implementation
Write production-ready HTML and CSS
Translate complex ideas into elegant, intuitive designs
Represent UX in development scrum meetings
Work closely with the technical production team regarding system capabilities and limitations
Evaluate designs with lightweight user research methods
Develop UX experiments to optimize engagement and user acquisition
Experience
5+ years experience writing production-ready HTML and CSS (with a portfolio demonstrating your UX expertise)
Passion for UX and keeping current with recent usability trends and best practices
Open-minded and collaborative approach to UX with the ability to incorporate constructive feedback
Self-motivated work with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous projects
Love for Internet culture, social networking, and addictive design solutions
Skills
Mastery of design layout tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
