The User Experience Lead will play a key role in growing the Company’s User Experience practice by working collaboratively with Creative, Technology and Business Intelligence to enhance the frame work, processes and procedures for creating, testing and optimizing compelling and insight-driven web based user experiences. The ideal candidate must be experienced in driving solutions and concepts through a process from concept to articulate and on to supporting the construction, execution, testing and optimization of UX projects with the goal of increasing the success of the Company’s client customer acquisition programs. This is a marketing focused functional (non-technical) position that requires an understanding of core marketing principles along with strong qualitative and quantitative analytic skills to develop and guide the implementation of projects that drive improved conversion for our lead generation programs. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to guide projects cross-functionally from conception to implementation in an optimization oriented multi function collaborative environment.
Take an active role in developing and documenting the architecture, processes and procedures for results producing online lead generation focused UX creation, execution and testing concepts and principles.
Work with clients and collaborate with internal groups to gain an understanding of client program objectives, the target users' intent and needs, and develop projects that achieve client objectives and internal business goals.
Collaboratively develop scenarios and visualizations that articulate UX concepts and solutions that will accomplish established lead generation and conversion goals and objectives.
Perform analysis on key UX and client program metrics and internal learnings and translate them into actionable insights.
Stay current on UX industry trends and research to implement new concepts and practices to continually enhance the Company’s UX function and improve individual and team effectiveness.
Contribute to producing weekly reports and dash boards to provide visibility to clients and internal users on the status and performance of projects and initiatives.
Offer current and relevant thought and ideas on UX issues and trends.
4+ years of demonstrable experience in developing and leading information architecture and consumer web user experience design and testing projects.
Experience in creating and revising UX architecture and process documents including but not limited to: site maps, user profiles, user scenarios, test cases, screen designs, flow diagrams/process maps, and detailed functional specifications.
Proven experience in lead generation conversion focused testing including A/B, multivariate and other testing and optimization methodologies with ability to develop and execute testing and optimization programs in a collaborative and agile environment.
Strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience working in online advertising and marketing (preferred).
