3+ years programming experience or a Masters/PHD in a quantitative field.
Strong grasp of statistics and data mining techniques.
Solid experience with R or other statistical toolsets.
Comfort writing high performance object-oriented code.
Map-Reduce or Java/C++ expertise or the brains and brawn to become an expert.
Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).
Desire to work in San Francisco. We will relocate you if necessary.
