As a Strategic Account Executive, you love the challenge of complex sales and closing big deals. From identifying a sponsor, to building a relationship, to presenting to C-suite executives, to getting a signed contract in the door - you’ve done it and you’re looking for that adrenaline rush again.

Responsibilities
Drive business development opportunities with health systems and regional reference laboratories
Develop sophisticated cost benefit analyses and financial models
Work closely with Regional Sales Directors to identify, qualify and close potential targets
Drive business development opportunities with specific Health Plans in designated geographies
Work closely with Health Plan team to promote Counsyl with regional and national health plans
Identify other strategic partnerships that will grow Counsyl's business across multiple territories and regions
Skills
Excellent speaker: you can articulate a pitch clearly and quickly
Outstanding writer: you can distill your message into a few crisp, memorable phrases
Decisive closer: “I’ll think it over” doesn’t cut it for you
Analytical: you obsess over pipelines, close rates, and deal velocity
Technically savvy: you’re an expert with Google Apps, including Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentations
Experienced with salesforce.com or similar CRM automation
Demonstrable, quantifiable on-quota success in selling and closing large, complex deals
High clock speed: you have a strong ability to learn new technologies and clearly express that technical knowledge to potential clients
