We’re looking for a sales person to drive adoption rate of trialling and increase conversion across the US.
The sales person we’re looking for will be technically savvy and provide an added level of support in helping our largest prospects to get the full benefit out of their mention trial.
This individual will provide the best sales experience possible for our customers whilst converting the maximum number of opportunities to paying accounts.
Follow up and assist trialing customers to adopt the service
Ensure best-use of service for trial accounts
Increase conversion rate to paying users
Identify up-sell opportunities
Follow up on lost opportunities, try to re-open
Make mention famous in the US startup ecosystem
1-2 years of sales experience in a tech company
Excellent sales organizational and communication skills and an engaging phone presence
A passion for social media and internet softwares
American native, French/Spanish a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Travels to Paris (France) Headquarters on a regular basis
