We’re seeking someone that’s excited about working at a fast growing startup and providing world-class customer service to our customers. You’ll be the initial point of contact for our customers and you’ll be responsible for answering all inquires, both tech and non-tech related, and resolving any complaints and order issues. A positive attitude and the ability to put the customer first are absolutely essential. You’ll be an integral part of the team that’s dedicated to making sure our customers are happy and satisfied.
This part time opportunity will be around 29 hours a week. The hours will be distributed from Friday to Sunday. You must be able to work in the office Friday and at home Saturday and Sunday.

Answer customer emails and phone calls promptly and accurately
Learn and understand the technology and software behind Stray Boots in order to aid customers effectively

Previous experience at a startup
1-3 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
