We are looking for a smart, savvy, and motivated summer analyst who would be interested in exploring and gaining experience in marketing strategy, encompassing both traditional and digital marketing channels. This position will be a research-based position in lead generation for business development and partner marketing opportunities, and paid advertising via Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Twitter Advertising. In addition, the Summer Analyst will be a team player in executing our digital marketing campaigns from June 2011 to August 2011, primarily within social media and mobile.

Sourcing leads and building lists for business development and partner marketing opportunities
Development of analyses from industry research reports
Target audience market research: demographics, psychographic, and media consumption and consumer purchasing behaviors
Building target keyword lists for paid advertising campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Advertising)
Assist in executing multivariate copy and design testing for paid advertising campaigns
Assist in data gathering of paid advertising campaigns
Assist in daily maintenance of social media profiles
Assist in daily outreach to social media community members
Familiar with Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, FourSquare, and other social media platforms
Familiar with creating marketing campaign plans or executing marketing campaigns
Passionate about learning new ideas
Be equally quantitative and qualitative
Excellent written and oral communication
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of basic formulas will be tested), Microsoft Office, and Microsoft PowerPoint
