We're a team of 6, in a funded startup. We launched Sept 2011 after just 6 months. We're growing like weeds. We've developed Gush using Scala in the Play! Framework all hosted on AWS. We also use Cocoa and .Net for our client applications.
For code samples, Github is best. Include links to your blogs, side projects, open source code, life story, etc.

Responsibilities
Own our sysops.
Run AWS like crazy.
Automate everything.
Experience
You eat EC2 instances for breakfast and you can't stand a process not-yet automated.
You can prioritize well and you don't fall for the evils of early optimization.
Not only that but you aren't afraid to learn a little Scala.
You've scaled a large app to dozens or hundreds of servers before, and you can do it again.
Education
Hardly matters.
Compensation
Top of the line salary. Full-time.
