Overview

This position will provide expert level programming and analysis. Skills in development and testing for projects with federal, state, administrative mandates are necessary. The program is a large/complex (1000+ program, 400+ table) MVS/COBOL/DB2/CICS system. Successful candidates must have proven development experience in MVS/COBOL/CICS/DB2/JCL languages, structured analysis and design, as well as an understanding of full Systems Development Life Cycle.Project duties will be to work as a programmer analyst and part of a team to develop and maintain child support applications. Project duties will also include requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, development of user documentation, training materials and help screens.
