Overview
Need highly skilled Java web application developer for enhancement and support of high-complex pension payroll system. Strongly prefer candidates with ability to provide technical & customer service leadership.
Extensive knowledge of Java and related J2EE technologies and frameworks, open source development frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), web services, SOA, and IT infrastructure is required. Previous mainframe experience strongly desired. The candidate should have good project management experience. Must understand business and technical objectives, and have facilitation, negotiation, and excellent inter-personal skills.
