SapnaSolutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for internet research beyond the traditional resume sites. i.e. Twitter, Linked-In, Facebook. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be required to partner with the HR Manager to find candidates for a wide variety of positions throughout the organization. Additionally the role requires daily cold calling to candidates for leads. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for appropriately and professionally screening all levels of candidates from entry level to VP positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist, as part of a team, will be responsible for building an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking events and database information, projecting a professional image both internally and externally.
High focus on creative sourcing, professional screening and pipeline development is required.
We are looking for someone who can:
1. Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
2. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, e-mailing, calling, complex internet searches and research
3. Act as a search expert for a functional area by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
4. Candidate attraction: Manage advertisements in appropriate media and social networking sites to attract candidates for all positions as needed. Participate in and attend networking events as a means to obtain a strong pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet hiring needs and business initiatives
5. Maintains current knowledge of industry employment trends and personnel practice developments to identify current and/or potential issues that may impact applicant availability
6. Utilize and maintains Applicant Tracking System with high level of accuracy with relevant and current detail
7. Provide reports and statistics and communicate with the HR Manager and the Directors through the entire recruitment process by utilizing a variety of electronic recruiting tools and other recruiting reports
8. Responsible for driving timely execution of sourcing and screening process
You should ideally have:
1. 3+ years of sourcing experience in a fast paced recruiting environment (agency or corporate)
2. Proven success developing direct source channels and creative sourcing strategies specifically in the software engineering space
3. Prior experience in sourcing for a wide variety of roles within a hi-tech organization
4. Proven success partnering with recruiters to implement long term staffing and hiring strategies, strong analytical, organizational and assessment skills, proven abilities in staffing
5. Experience working with desktop tools, applications, and other resources that support the requirements of the position
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with the candidates
8. Organization and time management skills
9. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
10. Ability to work in a team environment.
