Founded by three industry leaders, Dominic Dutra, Alan Cerro and Landis Graden, the firm is committed to “Creating Communities of Value” through its own development efforts, as well as assisting others through its development consulting and brokerage services.
Responsibilities
We’re an established and successful real estate firm looking for a Tech Lead / Web Developer to develop a revolutionary “web-based” product. This individual must be a generalist comfortable with both front-end and back-end systems, and capable of taking a project from concept to finished project. Agile development and clean well-tested code are a must. We are looking for an individual with solid communication skills, both written and verbal, who works well in a team environment.
Experience
Experience in one or more of the following language skills; PHP, XML, Java, J2EE, Python, ASP.NET, or equivalent.
Strong web development skills using any of the following: Ruby on Rails, Django, Spring MVC, Drupal, Microsoft .NET, or equivalent.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
Strong database design and programming skills using one or more of the following: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle or MS SQL Server.
Fulfilling project requests while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation
The compensation will be fair and negotiated (we’re looking for both a contractor and/ or a co-founder)
