You will be the interface between the client and the technology, documenting client needs, using our technology to prepare client websites, blogs and call flow, send regular social media updates for clients, confirm all content with technology team and client, take ownership of client support calls/tickets and usher through to completion. Provide advanced troubleshooting and work all problems that surface.
Manage all aspects of the company/client interaction post sales; participating where needed
Experience providing desktop support Mac and Windows users. Provide advanced troubleshooting and work all problems that surface.
Experience working and coordinating with customers/clients
Adept at working in an interrupt driven environment.
Willingness to be on call as needed, occasionally evenings/weekends (24x7)
Experience managing and configuring networks, VOIP systems, printers, wifi hotspots.
