Position Overview:
The Technical Account Manager is responsible for owning the client relationship, helping to develop, launch, and analyze advertising campaigns. Tumri is seeking a candidate with both client services skills and a strong technical background in data analysis, particularly with respect to campaign design and performance analysis. The position will combine an understanding of digital marketing best practices with practical analytical and technical skills.
Work with Sales during the sales process to develop dynamic creative optimization strategies for the client
Manage all aspects of the client relationship post-sales as it relates to campaign delivery and performance
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure campaigns launch successfully
Troubleshoot and deliver on client initiatives in conjunction with the Operations team where needed
Work with Product Management team on new technology initiatives
Monitor budgets and campaign performance making recommendations to client to achieve success
Create, deliver and articulate campaign overview analysis
Ensure client satisfaction
Analytical and metrics oriented mindset that can process complicated quantitative results; and, summarize and articulate data into high level observations
3+ Years experience in online marketing with specific experience in performance analysis. Online display advertising experience preferred.
2+ Years experience in a direct client-facing role.
Must be process oriented and performance driven with a strong attention to detail
Highly motivated, proactive and energetic individual that will thrive in an entrepreneurial setting
Advanced Excel and database experience
Experience with servicing large client accounts
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
