Overview
We are seeking a Technical Co-Founder in exchange for equity ownership in the application.

We are developed on a Ruby on Rails (RoR) platform. Our goal is to find someone that is passionate about our mission and who can code in Ruby.
I believe we are using version 2.3.9
Having environmental and/or sustainable values comes with the territory. Add all the usual stuff that goes with practicing integrity and being a team player - add a sense of humor. :)
For bonus points, add experience in the field of education and/or creating gaming features.
You are located in or near enough to Portland Oregon to meet in person at least once a month.
Constantly keep improvements on the radar and listen to member feedback (we have traction with about 150 members to date.
Troubleshoot errors as reported.
You will be part-owner, so take ownership!
Experience
Just have some relevant experience! We will talk about it.
Please have a few outstanding references lined up.
Skills
You know the latest RoR iterations and are up to speed on all the Gems etc.
This is more than a basement developer position; we really want someone who can add creative input and be a long term partner.

Be good at what you do!
Compensation
Equity only --- terms to be negotiated.
At the very least, an agreed upon vesting schedule over several years with a 90 day cliff to make sure we can work together and thrive.
