Technical Co-founder Needed for a Global Telehealth Company

Overview
Clinical Fellows is looking for a top tier technical co-founder to assist in developing and launching the telehealth platform.
Responsibilities
Take over the technical aspect of developing the website, either through outsourcing or developing the website on his/her own. Clinical Fellows prefers an in house job, it is willing to bring in interns to assist, however, we are flexible to outsource if need be.
Possibility of integrating a telehealth software with our platform, feasibility currently under study.
Experience
Experience in programming and web development is a must. Other two co-founders do not have the technical experience.
Skills
Languages preferred are PHP, Ruby, or Python.
Compensation
Since Clinical Fellows is still at a nascent stage, equity is preferred, however we can work out and equity/cash payments in necessary.
