Looking for a development lead/project manager who will be responsible for our development projects. You will be essentially one of the cofounders of the company.
In very simple words – you will get the products developed and delivered. We are looking for someone who can find and create ways to get things done.
Work with outsourcing teams to get the products developed.
Build a team of part-time technical leads who will oversee the development and maintenance work.
Manage the complete product development cycle – from functional requirements to system design to development and delivery.
Recruit resources as necessary, manage the local development office.
Cross functional tasks as and when necessary. Being a startup company, you will be required to wear many hats. We are looking for someone who is very entrepreneurial.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software design and development.
Minimum 3-5 years of project and team management.
Previous startup experience is strongly desired.
Strong technical background, we are looking for a technical geek who speaks the language of bits and bytes. Must have hands-on software development experience in JAVA and web technologies.
Experience in end to end product development lifecycle
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding analytical skills. We are looking for a thinker, a strategist.
Must be extremely smart and talented.
Must be honest. Honesty and integrity are our core values. We will prefer someone who has fewer skills and is totally honest rather than someone very skillful, but not very honest.
BE/BTech. Master’s degree is preferred.
Undergraduate degree from a reputed school such as NIT or IIT is strongly desired.
It is a part-time job in the beginning for the first few months. The compensation during this time will be project based. You will make x% of the project revenue of the projects that you manage and deliver.
You will be a full time employee of the company in the second phase of the company when we start building our own products. You will then have a fixed pay scale and also an equity stake of the company.
