Responsibilities
Understand the business requirements and generate detailed requirement specifications.
Perform detailed design based on overall system architecture.
Plan and track the development activities
Implement important modules
Perform code reviews
Mentor the team members technically
Monitor all the development releases
Ensure adherence to the quality process
Experience
4-7 years of software development experience
1-2 years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Skills
APPLICATION AND SYSTEM PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES: C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML,Java (Desirable)
DATABASE: MS-SQL knowledge with database design skills.
MOBILE APPLICATION PLATFORMS: Android, iOS, Blackberry ( experience in atleast one)
OPERATING SYSTEMS: Windows, Machintosh(Desirable)
Knowledge on Healthcare standards like DICOM, HIPAA, HL7 is an added advantage
Exposure to software development processes – like CMMI, ISO
Ability to lead a technical team and hands on.
Education
B.Tech in Computer Science or Equivalent with High First Class
Consistent High academic achievement – First Class
