Overview
Buddy is a web application with SMS used to input diary entries. It is a tool for NHS mental health therapists to support their patients by enabling them to keep a diary of how they're feeling and what they're doing.
Responsibilities
Looking for a senior Rails developer to lead the development of Buddy, our flagship venture, geared to help people with anxiety and depression.
Experience
In short: Ruby / JavaScript developers experienced with dynamic web apps and BDD will hit the ground running.
Probably about 5 years+ experience.
Skills
Rails 3.2 in the backend, but mostly as a RESTful API.
Backbone.js and jQuery.
We test our code extensively with Cucumber, Capybara, Selenium, RSpec and Jasmine.
