We’re looking for a Technical Product Analyst to help us support Nitro products from a technical perspective. This includes helping with product releases, providing QA support and investigating (and resolving!) product bugs and issues. In this role, you’ll help write product specs, assist with technical integration with 3rd party vendors and have the ability to dive into any other technical issues that tickle your fancy.

YOU are a quick learner, driven and ambitious.
You are well rounded in technology with a general knowledge of scripting and an affinity or understanding of programming languages.
You have some insight into Windows and how it works.
Experience with Windows in particular with Installer, SDK, architecture, registry, services, printing/creation, print drivers, gdi commands) would be a HUGE nice to have.
And… you are looking for workplace to call home.
A degree in computer science would certainly be helpful but some strong self-training may work just as well.
