We’re building from-scratch, enterprise-class software that affects every corner of our business - we’re using technology to build this company into a scalable, sustainable, market-dominating business. As a Product Manager, you’ll be instrumental in requirements-gathering, building new product and application specs, and rollout of new software to our entire team.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in H.Bloom operational processes. Work with subject matter experts across the company to identify problems/needs and to design solutions.
Produce documentation for solutions that communicate the requirements clearly and accurately to the teams required for execution.
Own the entire lifecycle of operational products: requirements identification, solution design, implementation, launch, feedback, and audit.
Manage and drive to completion projects by creating schedules, project deliverables, and milestones.
Ownership over quality assurance and audit process, ensuring solutions are well thought-out, well executed, and well maintained.
Comfort with iterative design process: soliciting and vetting feedback, testing hypotheses, shipping quickly.
Exceptional organizational skills and poise under pressure.
Excellent consensus and team-building skills.
Bachelors degree, preferred in an Engineering or IT related field
