We are looking for an extraordinary Project Manager with experience working with high growth start-ups or public technology companies. This role includes solid experience in managing technology project, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Plans and manages multiple parallel projects
Develops and reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources for various phases of project.
Coordinates with senior management to establish work plan and staffing for each phase of projects and programs, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Confers with project team members to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Provides ongoing technical advice and resolves problems.
Anticipates bottlenecks, provides escalation management, anticipates and makes tradeoffs, and balances the business needs versus technical constraints.
Tracks issues and mitigations
Develops, reviews and monitors status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Prepares timely, accurate, and meaningful project reports for management, client, or others.
5+ years’ of solid Project Management experience preferably in Call center solutions
Experience working directly with complex client requirements
Able to define customer requirements and design project implementation
Experience managing small projects from end to end or sub-projects within a larger project
