Technical Project Manager

As a member of Triggit’s growing Product group, the Technical Platform Manager will be responsible for internal product support and coordination between Triggit’s client services and engineering teams.
Manage technical and product issues and internal escalations from the Triggit client services team
Become an expert in the Triggit product and client use cases to provide effective operational and technical troubleshooting
Serve as the internal liaison between Triggit’s client services and engineering teams
Oversee Triggit’s API integrations with external partners and serve as the primary point-of-contact for communicating and managing API changes internally
Minimize the impact of product and infrastructure changes on Triggit’s business by communicating clearly between the client services and engineering teams and thoroughly vetting and documenting changes that will impact day-to-day operations
Minimum 3 years of product management, technical project management, technical account management, or similar experience
Hands-on experience working with ad technologies and managing partner API integrations; first-hand experience working with the Facebook Ads API
Analytical rigor and experience building and monitoring internal dashboards; Excel and SQL expertise
Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to explain, verbally or in writing, complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience and, conversely, to translate business goals into product requirements for a technical audience
An appreciation of the tradeoffs required to balance business goals and technical resources
