As a technical recruiter, not only would you be in charge of finding talented engineers for our team, you would be a valued member of our team yourself. This means, any new member of our tech team would be hand-picked, interviewed and welcomed by you. Our ideal candidate is someone who knows where to find grade-A nerds and is willing to reach out to find top talent. You would fully understand the ScoreBig vision and would do whatever it takes necessary to build our dream team.
Source candidates from all corners of the world but especially: Cragislist, LinkedIn, StackOverflow, outside recruiters, colleges and local nerd hangouts (also known as meet-ups).
Screen and evaluate candidates based on cultural and technical fit.
Facilitate phone, Skype and in-person interviews.
New employee on-boarding and first day experience.
Can successfully sell the ScoreBig dream to potential candidates
1+ years of recruiting in the high tech space
Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
Track record of injecting creative solutions and process improvements
Successful background as an agency recruiter is a plus
