Help grow the Triggit team! This role is for a people person who loves to geek out about cool technology. Previous experience doing technical recruiting is a must.
You’ll be a People Person! From recruiting, to nourishing culture, dealing with HR and people related issues, you’ll help build the Triggit family!
We’re a very Technical Company - you’ll help find, recruit, and cultivate technical talent.
We do sales, client services, and marketing too, so you’ll generally lead the recruiting efforts around all positions.
We’re a start-up. You’ll work directly with the founders & executives to build the team.
From pre-screens, to interview schedules and onsites, you’ll run the recruiting team and the process that comes with it.
Data, Data, Data. We use a lot of analytics within our company, and within the hiring process. You’ll conduct and provide hiring managers and the executive team with data analysis on how its all going.
First impressions are key. You’ll help onboard and make new folks feel like part of the family.

Help with various office management tasks as needed

1-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience. Technical recruiters with Ruby recruiting experience preferred.
Must have a strong network of engineering candidates
Sourcing skills to unearth under the radar candidates
Able to identify a strong candidate and be able to communicate that to the team
Strong communication skills in working with hiring managers
A true passion for recruiting
Be a people person and be able to see the potential in people before they have reached it
You love taking care of other people
Willing to go the extra mile - ie. helping find housing for people relocating and maybe even picking them up from the airport
Able to do non-technical recruiting - positions from sales to marketing will also be your responsibility
Understanding of basic HR -or a desire to learn. We’ll train you in all things HR, but you’ve got to want it. You’ll learn things like visa rules, onboarding, benefits, legal, etc
Able to multi-task start-up style!
