Technical Support Agent

Do the words framework, API and Hostingmean something to you? You even know some programing basics? This job might be for you!
Understand the product Mailjet and help clients to fulfill their technical needs.
Spot recurring issues and find solutions.
Provide feedback and key info for the technical and marketing teams.
Communicate with prospects and clients in a friendly manner (via email, live chat, telephone)
You have an experienced developer and/or client support representative.
You know the web and you master the technical aspects.
You write excellent English. Maybe you speak a bit of French. You express your ideas with clarity.
You are motivated / fast learner and you can work in autonomy
You are able to listen and understand in order to make a diagnostic. You focus on the results.
You have affinities with (or a background in) what is technical and you like to be exchanging. Rather than coding, you prefer to see a product in action: you love the idea of being in contact with the client. You take pleasure in resolving someone’s problems. Friendly, patient and pedagogical are adjectives that could describe who you are. If you’re all that, just keep on reading and take your chance!
