Technical Support Specialist in Mountain View, CA

Overview
Duda is looking for a rockstar tech/web support specialist with great communication skills, good handle on HTML/CSS and a passion for all things mobile. In this role you will provide hands-on support to our growing customer base to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our mobile website platform. Talented individuals will have the option to grow within the company to other roles. Based out of 500 Startups in Mountain View, Duda is a fast growing startup that's driving the explosive growth in the mobile web.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium
Knows the ins and outs of the product
Communicate directly with customers and partners on a daily basis
Experience
Excellent technical skills, ability to deal with the nitty-gritty of troubleshooting and problem solving
Experience building websites using HTML/CSS
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
Willing to work extremely hard for the pleasure of being part of a great team and building an amazing product
former Experience with support roles - a plus
BA from a known university - a plus
