Experience
3+ years experience in the field of technical communication
Experience writing developer documentation for software products
Demonstrated ability to work on complex, technical projects with tight deadlines
Skills
Excellent planning, research, and writing skills
Understanding of semantic web and artificial intelligence
Familiarity with predictive analytics, recommendation engines
Solid understanding of the software development process
Education
Related Post-Secondary education (Computer Science or Math and Professional Writing)
