Overview
Leasalytics is a tech startup for the multifamily housing industry. We are seeking a technical co-founder to serve as a valuable member of our team and to help bring Leasalytics to reality.
Leasalytics is a web-based tool that allows residential property management companies to track and measure leasing agent performance for placement optimization. Leasalytics allows residential property management companies to have the right leasing agents, in the right place, at the right time.
We are working out of UNC Kenan-Flagler’s “Launching the Venture” program. The Leasalytics concept has been validated, a lot of upfront work has been completed and we are currently conducting early stage customer development.

Strong mathematical background or understanding
