Overview
You will be speaking with clients, a lot: educating new ones in our system, helping established clients grow business and troubleshoot tech issues.

Responsibilities
Onboarding new accounts by understanding key business needs and providing technical training on the platform
Be the primary point of contact for support, building eCommerce strategies and establish long-term relationships with our customers
Help both new and veteran online sellers navigate through the complex and highly competitive world of eCommerce
Create app and data deployment strategies with customers
Manage custom API projects, integrations and communication between development teams and clients
Examine clients' business practices and recommend methodologies Solid Commerce can automate/create to increase day-to-day process efficiencies
Introduce new and added functionalities to existing client base
Skills
Keep track of multiple accounts. You're going to have a lot of customers, so you'll have to set goals and execute them
Be a self-starter. Our office can be fast-paced and you'll be expected to keep up!
Communicate incredibly clearly. You'll have to explain technical ideas to people. Some people quickly understand them, others don’t
Software training expertise and IT understanding is a huge plus
Understand ecommerce and its core concepts, problems, and solutions. Our customers are online sellers; the more you can help them out, the better
Customer service background preferred. We pride and distinguish ourselves in the support provided by our company
Be a quick learner. The Solid Commerce platform is a comprehensive software solution and we want you to start working with clients as soon as possible
B.A. /B.S. degree is preferred. A strong, relevant professional background is highly valued
