myBantu is looking for an experienced technically savvy and customer service-minded individual to join the Technical Support team. Prior IT management experience is required.

Experience
4+ years direct end-user IT support with both Mac and PC computers
2+ years supervisory experience in a "new-technology" work environment
Skills
Demonstrated technical know-how with Windows and Mac systems desktop and web based systems
Solid knowledge of the full complement of office productivity software tools, including both use and troubleshooting
Unix/linux and network skills a plus
Excellent written and personal communication skills
