Overview
Checkster is a completely on demand Internet application that provides individuals and corporations with a better way to recognize and grow their talent. Checkster has already a number of customers and we are expanding and scaling up sales. Our two products are an automated reference checking tool and a simplified, 360 feedback tool.

Responsibilities
Your mission is simple: sell, sell, sell! The tasks will include:
Following up, nurturing, and closing new leads
Fully understanding and mastering our sales process
Advising on and being involved in new marketing activities
Committing to sales quota and delivering
Experience
Past success in software sales (BtoB mainly) - a must unless you convince us
Experience in selling to HR departments - an asset
Knowledge of the talent management industry - a plus
Experience building a sales organization - a definite plus
Compensation
