We are looking for a hungry and experienced business development professional who is comfortable hunting leading accounts based in the Bay Area and key enterprise accounts nationwide.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands value selling and who thrives on delivering results in a start-up environment. 3-6 years of direct or channel sales experience preferred, with ability to generate leads and close deals worth $25K to $500K in annual revenue. Performance-based quota plan, with no ceiling on earnings, and heavy accelerators on exceeding plan.
Confident and experienced with all aspects of sales cycle, including cold calling, running web-based demonstrations, negotiating, writing proposals, and guiding smooth implementations.
Experience in value selling and articulating ROI to customers.
3-6 years B2B sales experience.
Track record of exceeding quota.
Hard worker, team player, and hungry.
Financially motivated individual with sales DNA, who is excited for opportunity to develop new market.
Advanced user of salesforce.com.
Familiarity with salesforce.com ecosystem.
Facility with spreadsheets is ideal.
BS degree from four-year university.
On-Target Earnings of $150,000, with appropriate base salary. Potential for equity incentives for the right candidate.
