Overview
Duties include helping to develop internal traffic systems, creating schedules and tracking project progress, routing work for review and approval, opening and closing projects, and training team members.

The position is full time in Cupertino and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in traffic management within a creative agency.
Responsibilities

Facility for communicating effectively one-on-one and in small teams
Ability to manage through diplomacy

Skilled at working with creative teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Set up project file organization for both paper and electronic files
Train team members on server organization, file naming, and routing procedures
Open and update all projects in database and facilitate accurate feedback and tracking
Create and maintain project job jackets, including briefs, schedules, reference material, specifications, and legal requirements
Coordinate use of image assets and messaging with team members, including creatives, asset management, imaging, print managers, and image producers
Create and maintain project deliverables lists
Maintain and distribute weekly "hot sheet" of project priorities to team members
Develop, revise, and distribute project schedules
Route layouts, renderings, mechanicals, and proofs for internal review
Schedule hand-off to production and insure project milestones are met
Archive project files and assets with responsible parties
Track team resource load and inform pipeline and creative services managers
Experience
Background
Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience working as a traffic manager in a creatively driven environment, including 3 years experience working as a traffic manager on retail design projects.
