Overview
Great opportunity to create a greenfield innovative Web-based application at a recently funded Seattle start-up addressing an important new market. We're seeking a great data visualization designer/developer skilled at UI look and feel, usability and user experience to join a now-forming development team.
Responsibilities
Expert at creating web-based application front-ends using XHTML/CSS/JavaScript/etc
Experience
Experienced at coding for and testing content / layout in multiple browsers
Skills
Knowledge of web app performance best practices
UI troubleshooting abilities
Have a preferred SDLC process and are also flexible
Know how to manage and evaluate their own work and invite and manage input from others
Like to architect, design and implement
Comfortable providing technical leadership and following other’s leadership
Excellent communication skills, writing, verbal, listening, conflict resolution
Have tools (e.g. languages) expertise and like to learn new ones
Know how to design and build in verifiable quality from day one
Put the customer first
