Overview
We are looking for a talented UI Designer that not only loves making interfaces as easy to use and beautiful as possible, but also has a passion for tweaking to constantly improve the usability and results of software based on metrics and design best practices and design/UI psychology.
Contract / Part-Time / Full-Time is all negotiable.
Telecommuting is fine if you are open to paying to meet the handful of times in person that are required.

Responsibilities
iPhone app UI design
Android app UI design
Web software UI design
Metric tracking and charting improvement in usability
A/B testing
Analyzing usage to find problem areas in interface design
Experience
1+ yrs experience preferred but portfolio is what really matters
great portfolio
be able to speak/prove your capabilities for each of the responsibilities above
Skills
Web 2.0 design
Beautiful designs
Photoshop (or other tool of choice)
A/B Testing tools of choice
Working/Communicating with technical people
Design best practices
Education
The more the better I guess, but the portfolio is most interesting to us.
Compensation
25k+ Based on experience. Company performance bonuses also.
