Responsibilities
Create dot pitch perfect (yeah, that's perfect down to the space BETWEEN pixels) using Fireworks, Photoshop or design tool of your choice
Quickly generate wirefames and design comps for rapidly evolving products/projects
Create and advance site-wide style guides
Help development team implement designs
Experience
A diverse portfolio that demonstrates an excellent use of layout, typography, color and other graphical elements
Ability to translate business requirements into wireframes, comps and wonderful user experiences
Experience with front-end code such as HTML/CSS/JS/JQuery/etc. If you're looking to expand this knowledge, you'll certainly have an opportunity to get your hands dirty...
It's been more than 5 years since your last Web 2.0 project
Skills
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, HAML/SASS (Would be nice to have...)
An uncontrolled desire to recreate designs using only HTML5/CSS3 (Would be nice to have...)
Experience designing and/or developing for mobile environments/platforms (Would be nice to have...)
Strong sketching skills (Would be nice to have...)
Photography hobby (Would be nice to have...)
Familiarity with packaging design (Would be nice to have...)
Interest in clothing design and fashion (Would be nice to have...)
A dribbble profile we can ooh and ahhh at (Would be nice to have...)
