UK Sales Executive

Overview
As a key member of the sales team, you will lead the way in delivering new revenue into the business. You will use your accumulated experience in sales to effectively manage the entire sales cycle and close new business from an increasing number of inbound leads. You will have your own personal sales quota with an expectation to meet and exceed this consistently. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, predominantly telephone-based sales environment where your earning potential is uncapped.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to wider company strategy and your entrepreneurial spirit will help you drive into new areas limited only by your work ethos and aspirations. Occasionally you may be required to generate new leads via cold calling or marketing campaign follow-up. You may also be required to work with new clients to both grow their accounts and seek referrals.
Responsibilities
Developing and managing relationships with trialists of our software
Managing the sales-cycle and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications
Forecast sales activity, and drive revenue whilst creating satisfied and referenceable customers
Demonstrating our product via the Web
Maintaining relationships with customers and upselling new products
Achieve/exceed a monthly sales quota
Experience
At least three years B2B sales experience, ideally selling Cloud applications
Demonstrable, consistent, over-achievement against sales targets
An innate hunger for personal and company success combined with a great personality
A consultative selling style combining effective questioning techniques
Ability to explain and demonstrate technical solutions in non-technical, business-focussed language
An appreciation of how small businesses operate and the challenges they face, specifically Retail / Distribution / Warehouse industries
Solid understanding of web, enterprise, and SaaS technologies
For the right candidate, a degree is not essential
Compensation
Competitive basic (negotiable)
£37K-£42K OTE
