Bonitasoft, leader in Open Source Business Process Management software, is seeking a Sales Director to manage a sales team and develop solutions selling in the US territory from new customers’ acquisition to upsell in existing customers
Lead sales team on all aspects of team management such as recruitment of new Sales Representatives, annual evaluation interviews and set team members target
Manage activity to reach ambitious targets in a growing and challenging industry
Ensure the sales forecast and way of achievement
Support sales representatives in negotiations and closing to leverage sales opportunities for training, services and subscriptions (annual licenses and support fees)
Follow up on the sales representatives throughout the sales cycle to close deals providing coaching, methodology and guidance in best practices
Roll out the global sales policy and support the development of repeatable methodology
Contribute significantly to development and closing opportunities within the territory: detect opportunities, conduct software demonstrations and meetings with customers as well as negotiate and lead to the subscription.
Interact with professional services and marketing team as well as other sales teams worldwide
Provide reports on your activities and achievements in the CRM tool and to your manager and ensure the accurate reporting of your team in company tools
Achieve and overachieve on your sales target
Minimum 10 years of software sales with proven track record in complex solution selling and minimum 2 years of sales team management
Experience in SaaS sales
Demonstrated achievement and overachievement of quota
Strong team spirit to collaborate with technical and sales team
Highly organized and rigorous to follow the process in place in the organization and to manage several projects in the same period.
Strong tenacity and motivation to convince the various customers.
Creativity is required to build the best solutions regarding clients’ needs.
