You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing ideas to improve the online customer experience, for our over 20 million visitors a month, and thus improving conversion rates on CheapOair.ca, CheapOair.co.uk, car rentals and other ancillary sales across all sites by applying a deep understanding of our sites, our traffic patterns, and factors that influence conversions and sales.
Maximize the profitability per visitor of the cross-sell pages across all portals
Lead UX efforts of new ancillary product launch
Be the resident expert at identifying root causes of product attachment conversion changes across all sites. Establish a statistically significant method to differentiate between random fluctuations and meaningful changes [Google Funnels; Report Manager; Webmetrics; Tableau, CAT site change calendar].
Investigate and understand how visitors engage with our non-air products. Interpret results and translate those insights into recommendations to drive increases in product attachment rates without impacting air conversion rates. [CrazyEgg; Site Feedback; Google Analytics; UserTesting.com].
Coordinate multiple teams to deliver new features and processes that will contribute to improved product attachment conversion rates.
Execute and interpret UX & CRO tests in collaboration with Design, Technology, and other groups as needed. Implement winning tests into production.
3+ years demonstrated experience driving measurable results through customer marketing efforts ideally in an e-commerce environment
eCommerce Marketing work background
Conversion rate optimization experience, including A/B and multivariate testing experience
Experience with Data and Analytics
Website user experience, including wire framing
Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions
Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity (big-picture perspective, asks "why") and a hands-on/execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious)
