Overview
As we innovate in the cutting-edge of online education, we are looking for a UX designer that can identify and solve design issues, understand user needs, and help us keep online learning simple. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our courses.
Our goals include implementing a user experience that keeps our students engaged with the material and completing their courses, while at the same time allowing them to build a social network around the course material, connecting with old friends and making new ones.
Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for usability design and a solid understanding of what it takes to make our user experiences as smooth and enjoyable as possible, and be able to clearly communicate this to our development team and work with them as a representative of the student users.

Responsibilities
Design user experiences that keeps our students engaged with the material and completing their courses.
Design information architectures that make online learning easier and simpler
Run usability studies with our students
Generate design mock-ups and specifications and work with our engineers to implement your vision
Innovate on great user experiences
Graphic design skills a strong plus (but not required)
